Shipping & Returns

We want your Petite Carlota experience to be special and seamless. Please review our shipping and return policies below, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Shipping

Domestic Orders

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120. Orders under $120 will have a $10 flat shipping fee applied at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@petitecarlota.com so we can assist you.

International Orders

Returns

We hope you love your Petite Carlota pieces, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@petitecarlota.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email.

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange and receive a different item is to return the piece you have and place a new order. If you need assistance, please reach out to hello@petitecarlota.com.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@petitecarlota.com within 2 days of receiving your order so we can provide a resolution quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you only if your return is not approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since returning your item and you have not received a refund, please contact us at hello@petitecarlota.com.
